A warm welcome to our new stable addition Bramble, a 15h dapple grey Connemara.
He is settling in well to his new surroundings.
Half term was filled with Halloween fun, games and craft activities; from duck apple, cake decorating to designing dream-catchers, there was something for everyone. We hosted a superb display of Fancy Dress Dressage and a pony club rally with several children gaining their E-Test Certificates. We provided training for the BHS Riding and Road Safety bronze and silver awards, and spent lots of time enjoying the wonderful on site hacking. Action packed from start to finish.
Several Students went X-Country training at Mid Surrey in preparation for next terms tetrathlon competitions. All the ponies were enthusiastic, jumping boldly in and out of water, tackling steps and a range of solid fences. A fantastic opportunity for all involved.
RAA pony club members came home with an impressive array of rossettes having competed successfully in the Mid Surrey PC Dressage competition on 12th November. Well done to all those that represented RAA Pony Club. Special mention to Clyde, Amy, Arabella and Haiti, our diamond dressage ponies.
